The Huntsville Soccer Club has a Board of Directors, consisting of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Senior Manager, and Chairpersons of the Standing Committees. The Standing Committees include Public Relations, Ways and Means, Equipment and Uniforms, Competition and Discipline, Recreational Soccer, and Special Projects. In addition, each team has a Team Manager. See the Club Bylaws to see the specific duties and responsibilities of these positions. The main objective of this organization is to facilitate and sustain the efforts of the Coaching and Training Staff.
Three Directors of Coaching oversee the Coaching and Training Staff. The Directors are chosen by the Board on an annual basis. They conduct try-outs, form teams, recruit and assign coaches, develop training curriculum, and oversee coaching needs for all teams.
